Financial Literacy Venture
Train the trainer sessions held in collaboration with CFA Society Nigeria. The trained leaders have held multiple sessions where they have taught and umpired participants to play and learn from the financial literacy card game, and then used the curriculum booklet to lead discussions on financial habits for planning, saving and investing wisely.
Financial Literacy Competition
Yellow Cowries, a prominent advocate for financial literacy, has announced the upcoming Financial Literacy Brainee Competition scheduled for October 31, 2023. This event will bring together 150 students from 75 public senior secondary schools across Lagos State. The competition aims to empower young minds with essential financial knowledge in an engaging and competitive environment.

In partnership with Union Bank as the headline sponsor, the competition aligns with their shared commitment to promoting financial education and empowerment. The event will take place at The Stable, 45 Bode Thomas Street, Surulere, Lagos.
